2023 End Of Year Showcase

Our End of Year (Juniors and Seniors) ACPA Showcase is one of the most exciting events in our calendar and we are absolutely thrilled to hold it at the “Futures Church” Paradise campus on Saturday 9th December. Please be sure to read the full notice as we have changed the format from previous years hoping it will further accommodate families.

IMPORTANT DATES TO NOTE

#1 Rehearsal: Sunday 19th November – ACPA Studios (Dress rehearsal – no make-up)
#2 Rehearsal: Sunday 3rd December – ACPA Studios (Full Dress rehearsal)

 

COMPULSORY REHEARSALS
We hold compulsory rehearsals for all students participating in the showcase to ensure they are feeling confident and ready to perform. This showcase takes a lot of time, practice, and organisation to ensure we put on the most incredible show for all our ACPA families. Please note that all students are assumed to be participating in the end of year showcase unless previously communicated via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. As of term 3, week 10 we are unable to make any changes to your enrolment for the remainder of the year due to showcase preparation. 

Students are to bring all costumes including correct shoes and accessories. Hair is to be done, please refer to the section with hair requirements.
To keep you up to date, a notification will be uploaded into the “Band App” to alert parents when classes have completed their rehearsal and are ready for collection.

Please note that sometimes issues arise out of our control and session times may run a little over. In advance, we appreciate your understanding on this matter should it occur.
