End of Year Show - Important Information

Rehearsal & Performance Reminders
We are so excited as we only have 4 more sleeps! A reminder that the junior students are performing 3 times, once on Monday and twice on Tuesday
*this excludes Minnies, Boys class 1 & Junior Kids Hip Hop who are only performing once

Monday 16th Dec Junior Rehearsal & Showcase # 1

1pm - arrival only for performers in "Mary Poppins section"
1.30pm - arrival for all other performers
4.30pm - rehearsal to conclude & students to be collected for dinner break/hair & make up
5.30pm: students to return to theatre
6.30pm: Junior Showcase 1 to commence
*in the instance you are unable to collect your child for dinner please don't worry as we will have staff to supervise your child. Please ensure you pack healthy snacks and lots of water.

Tuesday 17th Dec Junior Rehearsal & Showcase # 2 and # 3

3pm - arrival for all performers
4pm - Junior Showcase # 2 to commence
6pm - Junior Showcase # 2 to conclude
*all students to stay backstage to prepare for the next showcase, other than Minnies and Boys class 1 students who are only in showcase 2
6.30pm - Junior Showcase # 3 to commence
8.30pm - Junior Showcase # 3 to conclude
8.45pm - Afterparty in the foyer - we would love you to stay and celebrate with us!

Wednesday 18th Dec Senior Rehearsal & Showcase # 4 and # 5

10.30am - arrival only for performers in "Mary Poppins section"
11am - arrival for all other performers
4pm - dinner break
5pm - students to return to theatre
6pm - Senior Showcase # 4 to commence
8pm - Senior Showcase # 4 to conclude
*all students to stay backstage to prepare for the next showcase
8.30pm - Senior Showcase # 5 to commence
10.30pm - Senior Showcase # 5 to conclude
10.45pm - Afterparty in the foyer - we would love you to stay and celebrate with us!

Backstage Policy

BACK OF HOUSE POLICY: Please note for the safety of all students, parents that are not assisting with rehearsals or during the showcase are not permitted back stage at any time.

Drop off/Pick up Process

DROP OFF: Inside the foyer of the Golden Grove Recreation Centre

PICK UP: All general classes to be collected from the Stage Door located on the left of the Theatre. All performance team/competition team from the Foyer.

Ticket Availability

NO TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED ON THE DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE
