2021 HAIR/MAKE UP NOTICE

Here is the 2021 End of Year Production Hair and Make Up Requirements 🤗

- Please ensure all of your costumes are labeled with your name (must not be visible when wearing on stage, this includes your shoes)
- Please bring all of your costumes in a labeled bag
- Please bring makeup, bobby pins, hairspray, hair ties and brush
- All students should have a basic sewing kit (needle, thread, scissors, safety pins, etc)

HAIR REQUIREMENTS

Hair and makeup for Female students in MINNIES

• Hair is to be up in a high slick bun (with a hair net)
• No hair accessories unless provided with costume
• Lipstick & blush only

Hair for Female students in the JUNIOR SHOW - Excluding BALLET

• Hair is to be in a slick low ponytail, parted on the Left Side
• Please use a straightening iron to straighten the pony tail. A small amount of hair to be wrapped around the base
• No accessories unless provided with the costume

Hair for Female students in BALLET

• Hair is to be in a slick low bun, parted on the Left Side
• With a hair net
• No accessories to be put in hair i.e. ribbons
• Students in multiple items will find this style easy

All Male students

• Hair to be neat, tidy and off face.
• Please use products to style it.
• If hair is long then it must be tied up in a man bun or the use of clips may be necessary.
• Please see your teacher if unsure

MAKEUP REQUIREMENTS

Makeup for Female students in JUNIOR SHOW

• Foundation
• Eyeshadow to be neutral brown colours
• Black eyeliner and mascara (no false eyelashes)
• Lots of Blush
• Red Lipstick

Makeup for Female students in SENIOR SHOW

• Foundation
• Eyeshadow to be neutral browns and golds
• Black eyeliner and mascara
• Black false eyelashes (Senior Students only)
• Blush
• Red Lipstick

All Male students

• Performance team students are required to wear foundation 

CHANGING HAIR STYLES

We appreciate that some students may have to change their hairstyle during the end of year concert (eg. from a low pony tail to a low bun).

As we have limited helpers please ensure students practice this at home and bring the correct accessories for each hairstyle (eg. Ballet bun pins, hair elastics, bun nets).

If your child has numerous hair and costume changes then we would encourage you assist back stage. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots.
